Toronto CHRO Executive Summit 2026 — Where to Stay Downtown

The Toronto CHRO Executive Summit is a regional, role-based gathering built for Chief Human Resources Officers and senior HR executives at Canada's leading organizations. It runs across a single day in downtown Toronto and focuses on the issues shaping today's HR agenda — talent acquisition and retention, organizational transformation, culture, rewards, and the use of data and AI in people decisions. The format is intentionally small and peer-driven. Sessions mix executive talks, moderated roundtables and closed-door discussions, so CHROs can pressure-test ideas with counterparts from other industries instead of sitting through a marathon of keynote speeches. Networking breaks and a hosted meal create room for candid conversations and long-term professional relationships. The summit sits within the wider Gartner C-Level Communities calendar, which connects CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, CSCOs, CDAOs and CHROs across North America, EMEA and APAC. It is aimed at practitioners and decision-makers rather than vendors pitching products, though a limited number of sponsors support the program. For those travelling in, the venue sits in the heart of Toronto's financial and entertainment districts, within walking distance of Union Station, major hotels and the Eaton Centre — convenient for a single overnight stay or a longer business trip.
