PM Springfest 2027 in Toronto — plan your stay

PM Springfest is the annual one-day gathering for Toronto's property management community, welcoming property managers, building owners, facility managers and plant engineers at the Toronto Congress Centre. The programme pairs accredited educational sessions with a lively expo floor covering smart building technology, energy management, construction services, roofing and building exteriors. Sessions are built around the issues shaping the profession today: sustainability and carbon management, performance optimisation and net asset value, economics and regulatory risk, technology adoption, and workforce and leadership development. Attendees can earn BOMI and Building Science Specialist-accredited CEUs while exploring practical, cost-saving solutions they can apply immediately. With more than 230 exhibitors and 15+ seminars, the event compresses months of supplier vetting into a single day. For 2027 the show moves to the Toronto Congress Centre, offering an expanded expo hall, easier parking and a central location, plus a new Management Mixer networking reception included with the All Access Pass. For visitors travelling to the event, downtown Toronto hotels put you within a short ride of the Congress Centre and the city's restaurants and nightlife — a convenient base for a one-day show.
