Connect West 2026 is a hosted-buyer marketplace for the MICE industry across the Western United States. Over two days at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona, qualified planners and vetted suppliers meet through pre-scheduled 1:1 appointments that AI-powered matchmaking arranges before the show — so every conversation has a purpose. Alongside those curated meetings, the programme offers practical education from industry leaders and plenty of built-in networking, from the Opening Reception to informal moments between sessions. Buyers source destinations, hotels, venues and event partners; suppliers get in front of decision-makers with real purchasing power in the region. If you are sourcing a single programme or building out a supplier roster for the year, Connect West packs the conversations that move meetings forward into two focused days in the Sonoran Desert.
