Where to Stay for the 2026 Smoky Mountain Gift Show in Gatlinburg

The Smoky Mountain Gift Show is where souvenir, resort and gift retailers from across the Southeast stock up for the year ahead. Over four days the Gatlinburg Convention Center hosts hundreds of exhibitors showcasing the newest souvenir lines, resort merchandise, national park goods and seasonal items. This is a trade-only show: qualified buyers get in free and gain access to more than 1,300 booths, curated buying tours such as Made in America and Zootique, plus daily happy hours, giveaways and networking with manufacturers and fellow retailers. With six decades of history, the show is known for its easygoing atmosphere and its balance of brand-new vendors alongside proven best-sellers. If your store depends on tourism traffic, this is the yearly chance to source directly from the source. Gatlinburg sits at the doorstep of the Great Smoky Mountains, so book early — downtown hotels near the convention center fill up fast on show dates.
