WPPI 2027 in Las Vegas: hotels near The Rio

WPPI brings wedding and portrait photographers back to Las Vegas for five days of immersive education, hands-on workshops and one of the world's largest photography trade shows. Sessions cover lighting, pricing strategy, business growth, AI tools and creative direction, taught by working pros and industry icons. The expo floor lets you demo new gear, software and services with the people who make them, while summits and photo walks offer smaller, focused learning beyond the main stage. Off the schedule, WPPI is a reunion: after-hours events, parties and endless chances to meet photographers from every corner of the world. The 2027 edition opens with a keynote from portrait photographer Mark Seliger. For your stay, the show takes over The Rio Hotel & Casino on West Flamingo Road, minutes from the Strip, the Convention Center and the airport.
