Home Improvement & Design Expo 2027 in Oak Park Heights, MN

The Home Improvement & Design Expo takes over the Pony Activity Center at Stillwater Area High School in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota on March 3, 2027. The show compresses a full slate of local remodelers, builders, designers, decorators and suppliers into a single day, so homeowners can weigh contractors and materials side by side instead of chasing quotes across the metro. Minnesota Home Shows organizes the expo around real conversations rather than glossy brochures. Booth topics span kitchen and bath renovations, roofing, windows, flooring, HVAC, solar and outdoor living, with show-day specials and giveaways running throughout. Admission stays free for the general public, and turnout leans on nearby Stillwater, Oak Park Heights and the wider Twin Cities east metro. Because everything happens in one day, locking in a room early is the surest way to avoid surge pricing. Hotels around Oak Park Heights and along the Stillwater–Woodbury corridor put attendees minutes from the Pony Activity Center, while exhibitors driving in from out of town can stay close for load-in and load-out. Come with photos and a project list as a homeowner, or come scouting the market as a trade professional — either way, the expo gives you a tight window to meet the people actually doing the work in eastern Minnesota.
