Affordable Art Fair Battersea Autumn 2026 in London

From 14 to 18 October 2026 the Affordable Art Fair brings its autumn edition back to Battersea Park, turning the green heart of south-west London into a temporary home for accessible contemporary art. More than one hundred British and international galleries take part, showing thousands of original paintings, sculptures, photographs and prints starting at £100 — a deliberately low entry point for first-time buyers. The fair has built its reputation on more than the stands themselves. An annual Graduates Exhibition, the curated Finds Under £500 section and a new site-specific installation sit alongside artist talks, hands-on workshops, kids' activities and pop-up food and drink, so a visit can easily fill half a day. Both trade and general public are welcome, and every price is clearly displayed on the wall label, which strips away the usual gallery formality. Since the first Battersea edition in 1999 the brand has expanded into a global circuit, but London remains its flagship stop. Staying in Battersea, Nine Elms or Chelsea Harbour puts you within a short walk of the park, while Westminster, the South Bank and the West End are 20–30 minutes away by bus or Tube — handy if you want to pair the fair with a wider London trip.
