Anime Expo 2027 in Los Angeles: where to stay near the LACC

Anime Expo 2027 is the 36th edition of North America's largest Japanese pop culture gathering, run by the non-profit Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation (SPJA). Every July, for four days, the Los Angeles Convention Center and its surrounding downtown campus morph into a festival corridor linking the LACC with Crypto.com Arena, The Novo, Peacock Place and L.A. Off the show floor, ticketed add-ons include the Maid Cafe, AX Lite programming, late-night concerts and dance parties, plus chill zones such as the beer garden, the Ichiban Market street food festival, the Manga Lounge and Lounge 21 for the 21+ crowd.
