APTA TRANSform & EXPO 2026 — Chicago, October 4–7

APTA TRANSform & EXPO returns to Chicago's McCormick Place from October 4–7, 2026, bringing together the entire public transportation ecosystem under one roof. The EXPO floor opens October 5–7 with more than 800 exhibiting companies presenting the latest in buses, railcars, fare collection, autonomous mobility, and zero-emission technology. The co-located TRANSform Conference delivers keynote addresses, technical tours, committee meetings, and educational sessions covering transformative technology, funding and finance, workforce development, safety, and mega projects. Registration for TRANSform automatically includes EXPO access, while a free EXPO-only pass grants entry to the Products and Services Showcase. Attendees span transit agency leaders, engineers, procurement officers, government officials, consultants, and emerging professionals from over 85 countries.
