Autonomic Grand Ouest 2026 in Rennes: where to stay

Autonomic Grand Ouest brings together in Rennes the full ecosystem working on autonomy, disability and dependency. Over two days, exhibitors, public bodies and specialists showcase equipment, technologies and services designed to improve the daily life of older adults and people with disabilities, both at home and in care facilities. The show takes place at the Parc Expo de Rennes-Aéroport, in Bruz, an accessible venue well connected to the city. Visitors can walk the aisles, attend live demonstrations and join discussion areas covering assistive technology, home automation, mobility, healthcare and support services. Travellers coming from outside the region will find a wide choice of hotels a short drive from the venue, plus fast rail and air links to Rennes. Staying close to the Parc Expo makes it easy to make the most of both show days.
