Aux Vignobles ! Cherbourg 2026: where to stay for the wine fair

Aux Vignobles ! returns to Cherbourg-en-Cotentin from 4 to 6 December 2026 at the La Cité de la Mer venue. This 21st edition brings together 70 producers, winemakers and food artisans from across France, offering tastings and direct sales at the fair. Visitors can explore wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Alsace, the South-West, Provence, the Loire and Champagne, alongside chocolate, tea, charcuterie, cheese and preserves. Each exhibitor is present in person to talk through provenance and production, with producer-direct pricing and no middlemen. Opening hours run Friday 17:00–21:00, Saturday 10:00–20:00 and Sunday 10:00–18:00. Admission is €5 at the door and free for under-18s, with alcohol tasting restricted to adults. Bar and catering are available on site, and tickets downloaded online remain valid for the full run of the fair. Set in the former transatlantic terminal, the venue is easy to reach by car via the N13 and by bus line 2, with stops at Cité de la Mer – A. Briand and CCI Multiplexe. Visitors coming from further afield will find staying in central Cherbourg or near the harbour keeps the journey to the fair short.
