BuildNZ 2027 in Auckland: Where to Stay Near Auckland Showgrounds

BuildNZ is New Zealand's premier trade event for the building, construction and design industries, bringing together thousands of building professionals and industry innovators over two action-packed days. Now in its fourth decade, the show remains the country's largest gathering of suppliers, specifiers, architects, engineers and tradespeople under one roof. Across the exhibition floor, attendees can explore everything from architectural hardware, cladding, roofing and HVAC&R to construction software, tools, waste management and windows and doors. The event runs alongside Facilities Integrate and the National Safety Show, giving visitors access to a broader ecosystem of built-environment solutions. A full seminar programme features speakers from Master Builders, the New Zealand Institute of Architects, Hawkins, Naylor Love and the Ministry for Building and Construction, covering regulation, sustainability, technology and market outlook. Free educational sessions and hands-on demonstrations are included with registration. Held at Auckland Showgrounds in Greenlane, BuildNZ 2027 runs from Wednesday 21 to Thursday 22 July. Doors open 9:00am each day, closing at 5:00pm on Wednesday and 4:00pm on Thursday.
