CAPA Airline Leader Summit World 2026 in Milan: where to stay

The CAPA Airline Leader Summit World 2026 is the flagship event closing CAPA's annual summit series. Over two days in Milan, senior executives from airlines, airports, suppliers and regulators come together to examine the structural challenges facing global aviation. The agenda pairs data-driven analysis with strategic foresight: sessions on business models, connectivity, sustainability and technology disruption, alongside networking opportunities designed to spark partnerships and deals. The 2026 edition runs alongside the ATW Airline Industry Achievement Awards, held on the evening of 10 December at the same venue. The host venue is the Milan Marriott Hotel Convention & Exhibition Center on Via Washington 66, a short ride from Milan's historic centre. With Malpensa and Linate airports well connected to the city, delegates have plenty of hotel options near the venue or along the urban corridor towards the Duomo. First-time attendees should book accommodation early: December is peak season in Milan thanks to Christmas events, and rooms around the Marriott tend to sell out weeks in advance.
