Cibus 2027 in Parma: the agri-food industry's flagship event

Cibus is Italy's foremost international food exhibition and an essential gathering point for the country's entire agri-food community. Organised by Fiere di Parma, it takes place at the Parma exhibition centre in the heart of the Italian Food Valley from 4 to 6 May 2027, bringing together major Made in Italy brands, consortia, PDO, PGI and TSG producers, plus a curated selection of micro-productions and regional specialities. Industry professionals, institutions and trade associations meet at Cibus to shape the future strategies of the food industry together. The show is a unique opportunity to build commercial relationships on a global scale, stay ahead of sector innovations and plan the next steps for any business. The 2024 edition set records with over 75,000 attendees, 3,000 brands and 3,000 international buyers. In 2027, Parma will once again host the showcase for innovation, regional products and the great classics of Made in Italy. This is a strictly trade-only (B2B) event aimed at large retailers, Ho.Re.Ca., food service, wholesale importers and national and international independent retail. The show is complemented by the Buyers Program, which offers selected buyers a business agenda, factory visits and tours of the Italian territory.
