Stay close to Cibus Tec 2026 in Parma

Cibus Tec returns to Fiere di Parma for its 2026 edition, cementing Parma's role as the capital of Italy's FoodTec Valley. Organised by Koeln Parma Exhibitions, the trade fair gathers machinery builders, food processors and engineering teams across more than 120,000 sqm and around 1,200 exhibitors, spanning dairy, meat, pasta, bakery, beverages, snacks and plant-based production. Live technology is a big draw. The Cibus Tec Demo Factory runs working production lines on the show floor, including dedicated seafood and dairy setups, while themed zones such as Bakery? Yes, we tec!, Beverage? Yes, we tec! and Wine? Yes, we tec! group cutting-edge equipment and workshops by segment. Labotec, Italy's lab and scientific analysis technology show, runs alongside on 27–28 October under the same entry pass. The 2026 edition adds its own milestones: Parma hosts the World Pasta Day for the first time, and Food 5.0 powered by SPS brings the digitalisation, automation and IIoT layer for plant managers. The Top Buyers Program arranges pre-scheduled B2B meetings with vetted international buyers, and the Talent Academy links companies with technical talent. Because this is a trade-only audience, hotel demand in Parma spikes well ahead of the dates, and shuttle buses from Parma train station and the city centre connect hotels with the venue on Via Rizzi 67/a in Baganzola. It pays to lock in accommodation early.
