CIO Community Executive Summit in Dallas — November 3, 2026

The Dallas CIO Community Executive Summit is a members-only gathering that brings together chief information officers and senior technology executives from across North Texas. Hosted at the Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel, the program centers on the themes defining modern IT leadership: enterprise-scale artificial intelligence, data integrity governance and the evolving CIO–CISO relationship. Rather than vendor keynotes, the day is built around interactive working sessions, small peer roundtables and private meetings curated by Gartner's C-Level Communities team (formerly Evanta). CIOs use the summit to pressure-test AI deployment roadmaps, compare security postures with regional peers and benchmark investment priorities against organizations of similar scale. The format rewards candid conversation over slides. Attendance is complimentary for qualified CIOs who apply and are approved through the community. Non-members, analysts and sponsors should coordinate with the community team in advance. Travelling executives typically stay overnight in Richardson or the wider Dallas metro, since sessions run through the working day and informal networking extends into the evening.
