The Made in Montana Trade Show for Food and Gifts returns to Helena on April 16-17, 2027, at the Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds. Organized by the Montana Department of Commerce, this annual two-day event is the state's flagship marketplace for authentic Made in Montana food, gifts, personal care products and home goods. Friday, April 16 is reserved for wholesale buyers, with the exhibit floor open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Retail store owners, restaurateurs and purchasing representatives meet Montana producers to source products for resale. Over 250 companies typically participate, making it the premier statewide wholesale event for the Made in Montana brand. Saturday, April 17 opens the show to the public from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. More than 5,000 visitors shop directly from Montana makers, discovering food, clothing, gifts and home goods. Admission and parking are free. Exhibitors must attend both days and follow wholesale selling practices. Applications for the 2027 show open October 1-31, 2026, and accepted exhibitors are notified after November 20, 2026. Booth fees start at $425 for an inline booth.
