Composites Engineering 2026: composites industry at IFEMA Madrid

Composites Engineering is Spain's only trade fair devoted exclusively to composite materials and their applications. Launched in 2014 as a themed area, it has grown into a standalone show within Advanced Manufacturing Madrid at IFEMA, running alongside MetalMadrid and Robomática Madrid and sharing synergies with metalworking, robotics and additive manufacturing. The 2026 edition takes place on 4-5 November in Halls 2, 4 and 6 of IFEMA Madrid. Exhibitors include raw material and equipment suppliers, technology centres, engineering firms and major specifiers from automotive, aerospace, naval, rail, defence, renewable energy and sports. Spain is Europe's third-largest composites market, driven by its strong automotive and wind power base, which makes this fair the country's national showcase for the sector. The technical programme revolves around the Composites Engineering Agora: specialised talks, round tables on artificial intelligence, sustainability and composites in sport, a CEO Summit with industry leaders and a Defence Session held on the afternoon of 4 November. The 4th AEMAC Conference, organised with the show's strategic partner, reinforces the scientific and technical scope of the event. Visitors registered for Advanced Manufacturing Madrid gain access to the Agora, its dedicated networking area and the more than 600 global exhibitors of the wider show, making the visit an outstanding chance to identify suppliers, compare technologies and close business contacts in just two days.
