Congrès HR 2026 in Paris: where to stay

The Congrès HR' is the meeting point of the French HR community, with 50 editions behind it that have established it as an industry benchmark. Organised by Arcaneo, part of the AEF info group, the event blends keynote debates, thematic sessions and experiential workshops built to anticipate the major challenges facing the HR function. Each edition brings together around 900 HR decision-makers and offers a space for networking and hands-on learning structured around two grand debates, ten themed sessions and ten experiential workshops. Attendees hear expert testimonies and real case studies that connect business strategy with people management. Held in the Bois de Boulogne in Paris, the congress keeps a fully in-person format focused on peer exchange among industry professionals. The November 2026 date is the autumn edition of the twice-yearly cycle that defines this gathering. For those travelling from outside Paris, staying near Le Pré Catelan makes it easier to attend the sessions and to make the most of the networking that continues beyond the official programme.
