The Congrès Enjeux Réglementaires Parfums & Cosmétiques returns to Chartres for its 24th edition on 18–19 November 2026. It has become the flagship meeting for regulatory affairs, R&D, toxicology, quality and formulation professionals in the fragrance and cosmetics field. Run since 2003 by advanced business events, the congress keeps attendees up to date with the regulations shaping their business, opens direct dialogue with supervisory authorities and creates room to exchange views with peers. The conference programme is shaped jointly with the Scientific Committee and informed by a survey of industry decision-makers. The 2025 edition brought together 649 participants from 372 companies across 14 countries, with 13 sponsors on board. The format blends plenary sessions, Q&A panels and networking moments, plus the traditional Soirée de Chartres. Attendees can join in person or remotely with simultaneous English interpretation. The official venue is L'Illiade on Route Départementale 32 in Chartres. The organisers provide a free shuttle from Paris and Air France flight discounts for participants.
