Construmat 2027 in Barcelona: where to stay by Fira Gran Via

Construmat 2027 returns to the Gran Via Venue of Fira de Barcelona from 18 to 20 May as the flagship gathering for the construction ecosystem across southern Europe. With more than four decades behind it, the show brings manufacturers, architects, engineers, developers and consultants together in halls 6 and 7 to tackle the industry's big questions: decarbonisation, industrialised building and digitalisation. The 2027 edition grows its exhibition footprint by 23% and forecasts over 400 exhibitors, 800 brands and 22,500 trade visitors. Running alongside the show floor is the Sustainable Building Congress, a benchmark forum that drew more than 2,000 attendees last time and centres its programme on healthy building, social housing and artificial intelligence. Beyond the booths, the agenda features hands-on workshop sessions, a startup zone with an investment forum, the Construmat Awards, the Facility Engineering Summit and the Outdoor & Wellness Experience by Piscina Barcelona. It is designed so exhibitors and visitors can close deals and get ahead of the trends that will shape the next decade. If you are attending, staying near Fira Gran Via in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat lets you walk or hop a couple of metro stops to the halls and make the most of every show day.
