Des Moines Home + Garden Show 2027 at Iowa Events Center

The Des Moines Home + Garden Show returns to the Iowa Events Center for its 2027 edition, running from February 25 to 28. Over four days, homeowners and design enthusiasts can walk the floor and meet hundreds of regional vendors covering remodeling, landscaping, kitchens, baths, décor and smart-home upgrades. Exhibitors range from general contractors and custom builders to nurseries, appliance brands and interior specialists. The show is designed so visitors can compare quotes, book consultations and source products in a single visit, making it a practical stop for anyone planning a renovation or a seasonal garden refresh. Organized by Marketplace Events, the fair blends a consumer marketplace with professional networking, and traditionally draws both the general public and trade professionals from across central Iowa. It is a yearly fixture on the region's home-improvement calendar. Because the event sits right downtown, out-of-town attendees often combine their visit with a hotel stay near the Iowa Events Center, putting them within walking distance of the halls and the surrounding nightlife and dining of Des Moines.
