The Manufacturing Technology Series EAST, known as EASTEC, returns to the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, Massachusetts from May 11-13, 2027. For more than 35 years this event has been the leading Northeast manufacturing trade show, bringing together decision-makers from aerospace, automotive, medical, defense and industrial machinery sectors with the region's top suppliers of advanced manufacturing technology. Across three days, attendees explore more than 500 exhibits covering automation, robotics, smart manufacturing, precision machining, software and industrial IoT. The program features new product launches, networking receptions and the SME Mission Critical: Workforce 2030 experience, designed to help manufacturers tackle today's workforce challenges. With 76% of attendees playing a role in purchasing decisions and 32% managing equipment budgets over $200,000, EASTEC delivers face-to-face access to qualified buyers. The event celebrates the Northeast's manufacturing heritage while spotlighting the technologies driving the fourth Industrial Revolution, from high-end machinery to robotic automation. EASTEC is produced by SME and AMT as part of the Manufacturing Technology Series, which unites four regional events — EAST, WEST, SOUTHEAST and SOUTHWEST — under one platform for the advanced manufacturing industry.
