EBME Expo 2027 in Coventry: plan your stay

EBME Expo 2027 is the UK's only independent exhibition and conference dedicated to healthcare technology. Now in its 18th annual edition, the event brings together the engineers, procurement teams, clinical leaders and technology specialists who evaluate, specify and purchase medical equipment across the country. More than 3,000 healthcare professionals and 270+ exhibitors are expected at the Coventry Building Society Arena. Across two days, attendees can explore five CPD-accredited conferences covering clinical engineering, operating theatres, training, procurement and medical device connectivity, alongside a programme of industry-led workshops. The exhibition floor showcases everything from imaging and diagnostics equipment to anaesthesia, patient monitoring and healthcare IT solutions. Visiting EBME Expo is free for healthcare professionals, making it a practical opportunity to compare products, meet manufacturers and suppliers face to face, and build relationships across NHS trusts, private hospitals and the wider supply chain. If you are planning to attend, booking accommodation close to the Coventry Building Society Arena early is strongly recommended.
