EV Tech Expo North America returns to Huntington Place in Detroit from October 12–15, 2026, co-located with The Battery Show. It is the continent's largest gathering dedicated to electric, hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicle manufacturing, battery systems and the technologies powering electrification. Across four days, more than 16,000 engineers, executives and innovators meet over 1,000 suppliers and 250+ speakers. The expo floor covers electrical powertrains and components, battery management systems, thermal management, materials, manufacturing equipment and energy storage, while the conference delivers five tracks of forecasts and technical sessions. Networking spans welcome receptions, expo-hall happy hours, delegate breakfasts and the Meet Up Zone. The inaugural Battery Awards ceremony takes place Tuesday, October 13. A workshop day on October 12 and an Executive Summit on October 15 bookend the main show days. The event is produced by Informa Markets USA in partnership with the wider Battery Show portfolio, which also runs editions in Stuttgart, Dubai, Jakarta and Greater Noida.
