Equip Exposition 2026 in Louisville, Kentucky

Equip Exposition is the flagship gathering for the landscape, outdoor living and equipment industry in the United States. It takes over the Kentucky International Convention Center in downtown Louisville, drawing thousands of landscapers, hardscapers, dealers, contractors and manufacturers for four days of launches, live demos and hands-on training. The 2026 edition runs October 20–23 and features an expanded education lineup with dedicated contractor and dealer tracks, the Equip Academy and the New Product Showcase. The Tree Care Arena and outdoor demo zones let attendees put the newest equipment through its paces. Off the show floor, Equip Exposition is known for its networking schedule: the Welcome Reception, the 4th Street Live! Concert, the Mulligan's 5K and the Paristown Block Party & Concert. Exhibitors can secure booth space through the official 2026 booth availability portal. If you're attending, staying within walking distance of the convention center saves time between sessions and evening events. Downtown Louisville offers a wide range of hotels just blocks from the venue.
