EquipHotel Paris 2026: where to stay near Porte de Versailles

EquipHotel Paris is Europe's flagship biennial event for sourcing and networking in the hospitality industry. It puts investors, owners, operators and specifiers in touch with the worlds of interior and exterior design, restaurants, wellbeing, technology and hotel services. The 2026 edition revolves around the theme of "plural hospitality". It brings together more than 1,200 international exhibitors from close to 40 countries and around 80,000 trade visitors from 133 countries, spread across four show universes: Design, Wellbeing, Tech & Services and Foodservice, on over 80,000 sqm of exhibition space. The programme features more than 100 conferences and networking events, scenographed inspiration spaces, the Innovation Awards and, on Thursday 5 November, two expert gatherings: HITEC Paris (hospitality technology) and the Commercial Strategy Forum Paris hosted by HSMAI Europe. Conference access is free with a visitor badge. A key appointment for anyone sourcing suppliers, scouting trends and finding concrete solutions for investment projects, FF&E and OS&E purchasing, and strategic growth across hospitality venues.
