Esxence 2027 in Milan: where to stay

Since 2009, Esxence has been the international meeting point for artistic perfumery. Each edition brings independent fragrance houses, distributors, trade press and buyers to Milan in search of the industry's most distinctive creations. The fair combines a curated exhibition floor with a programme of presentations, panel discussions and olfactory experiences built for both professionals and enthusiasts. Beyond the trade show itself, Esxence runs a series of parallel projects that extend its reach throughout the year: the Italian Perfumery Institute, Esxence on Air with its webinars and digital talks, and FuoriEsxence, a programme of activities spread across different Milan venues during event week that pairs olfactory culture with the city's artistic talent. The 2027 edition returns to MiCo – Milano Congressi, an easily reachable venue with good connections to hotels across several categories. Staying close to the site makes it simple to combine business meetings with the rest of Milan's cultural and culinary offer. Esxence welcomes both industry operators and members of the public interested in author perfumery, and has become the main European platform for spotting the trends that will shape niche fragrance in the years ahead.
