EUROMED Desalination Congress 2027 in Liverpool: hotels near Exhibition Centre Liverpool

The EDS Water Resilience: Desalination, Recycling and Clean Water Solutions Congress 2027 brings the global water community to Liverpool for four days of technical exchange, policy debate and technology showcase. Organised by the European Desalination Society, the programme tackles the full spectrum of water resilience, from large-scale desalination infrastructure to advanced recycling and potable reuse. Running alongside the congress, a three-day exhibition (5–7 May 2027) gathers leading companies presenting state-of-the-art membranes, energy recovery systems, electrochemical processes and digital tools for plant operators. Exhibitors range from global engineering groups to specialised membrane fabricators and mine water treatment providers. Key themes span advanced techniques and processes, resource recovery and reuse, membrane development, fouling and scaling mitigation, environmental impact, climate change adaptation, policy frameworks, digitalisation, and sustainability and energy. A dedicated track covers mine water treatment, desalination and reuse, including brine valorisation and critical mineral recovery.
