Executive Hire Show 2027 in Coventry: where to stay

The Executive Hire Show is the UK hire industry's premier trade event, returning to Coventry Building Society Arena on 10-11 February 2027 for its 20th anniversary edition. It brings together national and independent hire businesses with manufacturers and suppliers of tools, compact plant, powered access, power generation and hire technology. Entry is free for vetted trade visitors, who can expect free parking, an early-bird breakfast before noon, expanded live demonstrations, a new New Exhibitor Zone and a dedicated Electrification & Power Zone. The show's free conference runs on the newly opened lower ground floor. Exhibitors use the two days to launch new products to a buyer audience where 85% arrive intending to buy and 65% hold budget sign-off. Pre-booked meetings and post-show engagement reports are new for 2027, helping turn conversations into pipeline.
