Expoartesanías 2026 in Bogotá: Latin American craft in Corferias

Expoartesanías is the reference trade fair for Latin American craftsmanship. For two weeks, Corferias hosts hundreds of workshops and artisan communities travelling from every corner of Colombia to show and sell their work: textiles, ceramics, contemporary jewellery, basketry, wood carving and ancestral crafts passed down through generations. Beyond retail, the fair acts as a cultural platform. Halls are arranged by region and craft discipline, letting visitors explore the country's diversity in one venue while talking directly with makers about techniques and materials. General visitors shopping for seasonal gifts share the floor with professional buyers and distributors sourcing distinctive pieces for their catalogues. On the accommodation side, the Corferias area and the surrounding international district offer the densest concentration of hotels and quick connections to the fairground. Traditionally held in December, the 2026 edition runs from 7 to 20 December, overlapping Bogotá's Christmas season and the busiest booking window for lodging near the venue.
