Expo Clean 2027 in Buenos Aires: Where to Stay

Expo Clean is Argentina's only trade show dedicated exclusively to professional cleaning, hygiene and facility management, and its 15th edition lands at BA Ferial (formerly Centro Costa Salguero) in Buenos Aires in 2027. Over three days, manufacturers, distributors and service providers showcase machinery, chemical agents, accessories, laundry equipment and technology aimed at industry, business and urban environments. Buyers, maintenance managers and hygiene decision-makers from manufacturing plants, hotels, hospitals, food service, gated communities, fuel stations, sports clubs and cruise lines all gather here. The programme pairs the commercial floor with technical conferences, forums and demo areas where equipment is tested and topics such as sustainability, safety and chemical supplies are debated. The 2025 edition drew more than 4,200 trade visitors and 52 exhibitors across 3,600 sqm, and organisers expect 4,500 attendees and 60 exhibiting companies in 2027. Its trade-only profile and waterfront setting in Palermo make it a natural meeting point for buyers from across the country and the wider region looking to close deals and catch up on a fast-growing market. For those travelling to exhibit or cover the show, staying near Costa Salguero means walking distance or a short ride to the venue and an easy fit with the 2 pm to 8 pm daily schedule. Palermo, Recoleta and the Avenida del Libertador corridor offer the widest hotel choice and quick connections to the fairground.
