Festival À 2 Bulles in Niort 2027: free comics at Parc Expo

Festival À 2 Bulles is Niort's yearly celebration of comics and graphic novels. Over two days, Parc Expo hosts established and upcoming authors, indie publishers and fanzine makers, with a free programme open to everyone: signings, panel talks, youth workshops and exhibitions. The 2027 edition is chaired by Belgian cartoonist Max de Radiguès, known for 'Stig et Tilde' and 'Dix secondes' as well as his publishing work at L'employé du moi. His presence confirms the international reach of a gathering that draws readers from across Nouvelle-Aquitaine each spring. Beyond the festival weekend, the Niort en Bulles association keeps the scene alive all year with reading clubs, a school comics competition and GloBULLES, its biannual magazine sold at local bookshops such as L'Hydragon.
