The International Dairy Cow Show brings together breeders, vets, technicians and international buyers in Cremona every year, focused on high-productivity dairy farming. It is the showcase where top brands in livestock equipment, genetics and services unveil their latest innovations. The programme features the Livestock Show with Holstein, Red Holstein, Jersey and Brown Swiss breeds, the International Auction, technical-scientific conferences and workshops on the current challenges of agro-zootechnology. The 2026 edition runs from 26 to 28 November at the Cremona Exhibition Centre. Beyond the exhibition floor, the event is a meeting point for the Italian and European dairy chain: cheese-makers, cooperatives and processing industries use the fair to track the latest trends in animal health, sustainability and production efficiency.
