Food & Drink Expo is the UK's leading trade event for the food, drink and hospitality industry, held at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham. As part of The UK Food & Drink Shows, it unites five co-located exhibitions under one roof: Food & Drink Expo, Farm Shop & Deli Show, National Convenience Show, Forecourt Show and Foodex Manufacturing Solutions. Across three days, more than 30,000 industry professionals gather to discover new products, meet suppliers and get ahead of the trends shaping retail, wholesale, foodservice and manufacturing. A Future Foods area spotlights health-led innovation, while live stages hosted by The Grocer and The Restaurant deliver talks, panels and podcasts from senior industry voices. The 2027 edition runs 12–14 April, opening 10:00–17:00 on Monday and Tuesday and 10:00–16:00 on Wednesday. Admission is free for trade visitors and no under-18s are admitted.
