Forum Avenir Etudiant Reims 2026: student guidance and hotels in Grand Est

The Forum Avenir Etudiant de Reims returns for its 30th edition as the flagship higher-education orientation event in the Grand Est region. Over two days in late November, Hall 2 of the Parc des Expositions welcomes pupils, families and teachers looking for concrete answers about what and where to study after the baccalauréat. More than 800 programmes —BTS, bachelor's degrees, grandes écoles, IUTs and preparatory classes— will be represented. Universities, specialised schools, orientation services and Education Ministry psychologists offer one-to-one guidance to help each visitor shape a study path that fits, whether their interest lies in art, sport, engineering, health, law, business or digital technology. The 'Village universitaire' gathers every faculty of the Université Reims Champagne-Ardenne under one roof, while the orientation hub answers questions about Parcoursup just weeks before the platform opens. The Région Grand Est adds a 300 sqm area with hands-on workshops introducing careers in healthcare and social work. Located next to Reims city centre and only 45 minutes from Paris by high-speed train, the venue makes the trip easy for out-of-town visitors.
