Forum Horizon Chimie 2026 in Paris: where to stay near the Maison de la Chimie

Forum Horizon Chimie is the leading annual gathering of the French chemical industry, run by four major engineering schools: Chimie ParisTech, ESPCI Paris, ENSIC and ECPM. The 40th edition is expected to welcome over 1,500 visitors, from engineering students to university graduates and young professionals in chemistry. The event takes place at the Maison de la Chimie, a historic venue at 28 Rue Saint-Dominique in Paris's 7th arrondissement. Throughout the day, attendees meet representatives from more than 60 exhibiting companies, hand out CVs, and explore internship and job openings in the sector. Entry is free and no pre-registration is required, making the forum easy to attend whether you are looking for a first role or a career change. Around 90 student mediators from the organising schools guide visitors through the venue. If you are travelling from outside Paris, staying in the 7th or 6th arrondissement puts you within walking distance of the Maison de la Chimie, so you can spend the full day at the fair without relying on public transport.
