FuturePrint&Sign 2027 in São Paulo: where to stay

FuturePrint&Sign is Latin America's annual gathering for the visual communication, screen printing, digital printing and digital textile printing industries. Organised by Informa Markets South America, it brings together equipment manufacturers, dealers, print shops, design studios, advertising agencies and textile workshops looking for technologies, materials and market trends. The previous edition drew more than 45,000 trade visitors and over 600 exhibiting brands across more than 30,000 sqm, with over 120 hours of specialised content. The programme blends a commercial exhibition with forums, hands-on workshops and networking areas such as Fachada Makers, Fórum FuturePrint, Talks FutureTêxtil, Serigrafia em Ação, Sublimação em Ação, Fórum Digital Signage Trends and the Credit Room with financing lines for small and medium businesses. The 2027 edition runs from 13 to 16 July in Halls 1 and 2 of Distrito Anhembi, São Paulo, Tuesday through Friday from 1 pm to 8 pm. Entry is restricted to trade professionals; visitors under 14 are not admitted, except for breastfeeding infants. A free shuttle runs from the Portuguesa-Tietê metro station, and parking is available at Gates 19, 29 and 38. For visitors travelling from other cities or abroad, the organiser works with an official travel agency (AD Turismo) offering preferential rates on accommodation and flights. The venue's location, close to Congonhas Airport and the Portuguesa-Tietê metro station, makes it a convenient base in São Paulo's northern zone during the show days.
