Futurebuild 2027 at ExCeL London: Sustainable Construction Week

Futurebuild is the UK's largest event dedicated to sustainable design, construction and the built environment. The 2027 edition takes place at ExCeL London from 11 to 13 May, hosting over 500 exhibiting brands across halls N1, N3 and N4, alongside a knowledge programme curated with 600+ industry speakers. For the 2027 edition Futurebuild returns as part of the UK's Built Environment Super Event, co-located with UK Construction Week London and The Stone & Surfaces Show. This expanded format brings together the full built environment supply chain — architects, engineers, contractors, developers, local authorities and manufacturers — under one roof. Across the three days, visitors can attend the Futurebuild Arena Conference, the National Retrofit Conference, the Energy Stage, the Buildings and Materials Stage and a packed programme of free seminars and fringe events. Entry to Futurebuild is free for trade professionals, including access to all seminars and networking areas.
