GTM West 2027 in San Antonio — Where to Stay

GTM West is Northstar Travel Group's elite, invitation-only gathering designed for the most influential travel advisors in North America and the global suppliers who serve them. Over three days, pre-scheduled one-on-one appointments, Boardroom presentations and sponsored meal functions replace the noise of a traditional trade show floor with focused business conversations. Advisors invited to GTM West are vetted through a rigorous screening process and represented among the industry's top producers, many of them fully hosted for the trip. On the supplier side, participation is capped per category so the ratio of decision-makers to vendors stays exceptionally high. The 2027 edition takes place August 29-31 at the Signia Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas, a resort setting that keeps attendees together on property for the duration of the event. Expect a tightly choreographed agenda: roughly 6-minute advisor-supplier appointments spread across two days, 30-minute Boardroom sessions in hotel suites, and evening receptions that carry the networking well past the last scheduled meeting.
