Gonzales Gun & Knife Show 2026 in Gonzales, Louisiana

The Gonzales Gun & Knife Show rolls back into the Lamar-Dixon Expo Center for a two-day weekend of buying, selling and trading. Dealers from across the Gulf South set up with modern and antique firearms, combat and collectible knives, swords, ammunition, optics, hunting accessories and survival gear under one roof. Serious collectors hunting a scarce piece and first-time buyers shopping for a defensive firearm get the same advantage here: you can handle the merchandise, compare brands side by side and talk directly with the people who know the inventory. Each vendor runs their own register, so most take cards while a handful of smaller tables stay cash only. Doors run Saturday 9 to 5 and Sunday 10 to 4. Admission is $10 for adults, $2 for kids 6 to 11, and free for children under 6. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent. Parking at the REV Center lot costs nothing. Getting there is simple — the venue sits minutes off I-10 between Baton Rouge and New Orleans, which makes Gonzales a convenient base for the weekend. Area hotels book up fast around gun show dates, so locking in a room near South St. Landry Avenue ahead of time is the smart play.
