Grand Designs Live 2027 at ExCeL London

Grand Designs Live lands at ExCeL London from 30 April to 3 May 2027, bringing the world of self-build, renovation and design to the Royal Victoria Dock. Across four days, more than 400 exhibitors fill the floor with products and services spanning kitchens and bathrooms, architecture, building materials, gardens and interiors. The show is built around four feature hubs — Sustainability, Build & Renovation, Kitchen & Bedroom, and Home & Garden — each hosting a programme of live talks and one-to-one advice from industry specialists. Over 100 expert sessions run across the event, many of them bookable in advance. At the centre of the hall sits the Grand House, the show's centrepiece home built inside ExCeL. Visitors walk room by room through a kitchen and dining space, living area, utility room, hallway, exterior and garden, plus a dedicated decarbonisation zone. Both trade visitors and the general public are welcome. Tickets are valid for a single day, with the show open daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and last entry at 16:45. ExCeL London is reached on foot from Prince Regent DLR station, and hotels around the Royal Victoria Dock put visitors minutes from the halls.
