Where to stay for the Halifax Fall Home Show 2026

The Halifax Fall Home Show takes over the Halifax Exhibition Centre from October 2 to 4, 2026, gathering local contractors, renovation pros and home brands in one place. If you are weighing a full remodel or a quick weekend fix-up, the show floor lets you shop, compare and save without bouncing between stores. You will find specialists in kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, roofing, heating and air conditioning, home décor, textiles, gardening and handmade goods, plus new products and show-only deals. Throughout the weekend there are hands-on features like a candle-making workshop with Little Llama Handmade, a Main Stage presented by Sunly on boosting property value and cutting energy costs, and a build-your-own nest box activity with Ducks Unlimited Canada. Show hours are Friday noon to 8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. General admission is $8.00 and free for visitors 17 and under. Free entry is also offered with a winter coat donation, to home-related tradespeople with a business card, and to seniors ($4 on Friday), military personnel, first responders, medical professionals and teachers with valid ID.
