HD Expo + Conference 2027 in Las Vegas: where to stay

HD Expo + Conference is the leading North American gathering for the hospitality design industry, held annually at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. Organized by Emerald Expositions and backed by Hospitality Design magazine, it connects designers of hotels, restaurants, resorts and lifestyle spaces with manufacturers and suppliers across more than 25 product categories. The show floor spans 500+ exhibitors presenting furniture, lighting, textiles, surfaces, fixtures and finishes. Alongside the expo, HD University delivers conference programming with talks, panels and workshops led by industry experts. Beyond product discovery, HD Expo is built for relationship-building: hosted buyer programs, networking events and design installations turn the floor into a working studio. Attendees come from architecture, interior design, procurement, ownership groups and hospitality brands. The 2027 edition runs May 4-5 at Mandalay Bay. Las Vegas hotel demand spikes during the show, so booking rooms near the Strip early is strongly recommended.
