Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week 2027 in Grapevine

Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) is North America's largest gathering of heavy-duty aftermarket professionals, drawing over 2,900 executives and managers from the US, Canada and six other countries. The 2027 edition takes place January 18–21 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas — the show's final year in this city before moving to Kansas City in 2028. The four-day program features the industry's most successful One-on-One Business Meetings between manufacturers and distributors, a Product Expo with 300+ suppliers, and networking events including lunches and receptions. Education sessions tackle digital transformation, right-to-repair legislation, supply chain pressures and workforce challenges. HDAW is a B2B executive conference owned and operated by Auto Care Association, Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) and MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. It's built for distributors, suppliers and service providers looking to close deals, discover new products and strengthen ties across the heavy-duty community.
