Heavent Paris 2026: events trade show at Porte de Versailles

Heavent Paris is the flagship annual gathering for France's events industry. Held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, it brings together suppliers of staging, audiovisual technology, set design, catering, furniture and digital tools who work with agencies, venues, conference organisers and corporate communication teams. Across three days the show combines an exhibition floor with demo areas, workshops and talks outlining the trends shaping corporate events, trade fairs and seminars. It is a meeting point for buyers, specifiers and technical managers looking to close deals ahead of the next season. For visitors travelling from outside Paris, staying around Porte de Versailles or in the 15th arrondissement means walking to the venue and pairing the visit with meetings in the city centre. Good metro and tram links also make it easy to reach from other neighbourhoods.
