HFN Hotel & Food Nordeste 2026 in Olinda: lodging and foodservice trade fair

HFN – Hotel & Food Nordeste is the only trade fair in Northeast Brazil that connects service, technology and product suppliers with lodging establishments and out-of-home food operators. Organized by ABIH-PE, ABRASEL-PE and Insight Feiras & Negócios, it gathers the sector's entire production chain under one roof. For its seventh edition, the fair expects to surpass the 500+ exhibiting brands that took part in 2025, showcasing equipment, ingredients, tech solutions and trends shaping the hotel and restaurant market. The program features technical content, culinary experiences and dedicated areas such as Arena Burger, Confeitar, Gourmet Experience and Padaria do Amanhã. Over three days, the Centro de Convenções de Pernambuco becomes the main meeting point for hospitality and food professionals from Brazil's North and Northeast, driving deals, networking and industry updates.
