Horesta 2027 in Biarritz: hotels near Halle d'Iraty

Horesta is the biennial gathering for France's CHR sector, metiers de bouche and leisure tourism equipment, held at the Halle d'Iraty in Biarritz. Over three days, buyers and decision-makers from hotels, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, pastry shops, chocolatiers and cheese makers meet manufacturers and distributors of equipment, ingredients and services. The visitor base is trade-only: organisers report 3,122 unique visitors at the previous edition, with 49% attending no other trade fair in the category, which concentrates commercial opportunity into a short window.
