HRC (Hotel, Restaurant & Catering) returns to ExCeL London on 5–7 April 2027 as the anchor of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. Across three days the show floor brings together over 1,500 suppliers covering food and drink, professional kitchen equipment, hospitality technology, interiors and tableware — a single destination to source, compare and negotiate face to face. The 2027 edition welcomes 25,000+ verified trade visitors, from hotel and restaurant operators to caterers and distributors.
