IBTM World 2026 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via

IBTM World brings the international meetings and events community together in Barcelona every year. Over three days, 12,000+ professionals and 2,500+ exhibitors — destinations, hotels, venues, event tech providers and startups — meet at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via to do business, swap ideas and shape what comes next for the industry. The programme blends pre-scheduled meetings, a conference with 150+ speakers across eight tracks, and networking moments such as the Welcome Party, the Networking Hour, The Lounge and ReFuel. Hosted Buyers get a personalised diary, complimentary flights and accommodation, plus senior-level programmes including the Association Leaders Forum, the Forum for Advocacy and Exceptional Experiences. If you are attending, staying near Fira Gran Via — in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat or along the Gran Via corridor — makes the daily commute easier, since the venue connects to central Barcelona by metro (L9, L6, L7, L8) via the Europa/Fira station.
